Niels-Thorben Tax und Patrick Baumeyer nahmen für die TSG Westerstede an den diesjährigen Regionseinzelmeisterschaften in Wilhelmshaven teil. Bei guten Bedingungen konnte Niels im Hochsprung gute 1,48m erreichen und errang den Meistertitel (M15). Zum Vizemeister reichte es im Weitsprung, sowie im Kugelstoßen und schließlich im 100m Lauf bei starkem Gegenwind zum dritten Platz (13,77s, -3,6m/s). Mit Patrick hatten wir seit langer Zeit wieder einen Diskus- und Speerwerfer am Start. Mit 15,49m im Diskus bzw. 14,68m im Speerwerfen hat er gute Resultate erzielt (5. und 4. Platz), die für die nächste Saison einen Motivationsschub geben! Im Kugelstoßen erreichte Patrick den 3. Platz und im 100m Lauf den 6. Platz (16,11s, Wind: -3,6m)
